We want you to love your TidyGadget order. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

30-day returns

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact [email protected] with your order number to start a return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Lost orders

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, we will resend your order or refund you in full — your choice.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
